Eltuko Mall Return Policy
Returns are available for nearly everything Eltuko Mall sells. Your purchase history on eltukomall.com displays the latest eligible date for a return or replacement, however, we recommend keeping track of all manufacturer packaging and your receipt for a minimum of 14 days after purchase.
The following policy applies to returns of products purchased in Eltuko Mall store, eltukomall.com, Eltuko Mall social channels, or from Marketplace sellers.
Items purchased from dealers or resellers and not Eltuko Mall or eltukomall.com directly aren’t eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Return methods
There are two methods to return items.
No repackaging required by customer:
- Return at Eltuko Mall store: For most items, present the receipt with you or evidence of sale transaction to return your item to the store.
Repackaging required by customer:
- Return by mail: Print screen messaging if item was bought online, attach it to your package, and deliver it by courier.
Returning items purchased on Eltuko Mall.com
Items sold and shipped by Eltuko Mall can be returned or replaced, when available, within 14 days of receipt.

In store purchases
You’re able to return or replace items purchased in store at your nearest Eltuko Mall store within 14 days of receipt. To ensure your in-store item may be returned, the item must not have been damaged, be the original product sold by Eltuko Mall, must be in its original packaging and have its receipt.
Damaged or defective items
If an item you received from Eltuko Mall.com is damaged or defective, you can return by mail or delivery for a refund or replacement or at any Eltuko Mall store for a refund.
Refunds
Eltukomall.com returns submitted in-store or by delivery are refunded to your original method of payment. Outbound shipping charges are not always refunded upon return, this can include regular and freight shipping, and any shipping surcharges.
Return in-store items without a receipt
If you don’t have your receipt, show us your valid, government-issued photo ID. If your ID information matches with the one stored in our database, your return will be accepted.
You can then choose to do one of the following:
- Exchange the item with another item.
- Get a cash refund if the returned item is less than GHS200.
- If available, send the item to the manufacturer for repair.
